From Dublin, Tina graduated from St. Angela's College of Education for Home Economics with an Honours B.Ed. degree in Home Economics and Science (1990). Tina spent a number of years teaching H.E., Science and was Transition Year co-ordinator.

She also studied Natural Nutrition and Colour Therapy before launching her Lifestyle Company in 2003, which offers organisations and industries an extensive range of services in Nutrition and Marketing Communication. Tina makes regular appearances on T.V. and Radio Programmes. She is a Food Consultant with a number of Health Spas and Restaurants.

Tina conducts 70-80 food, nutrition and colour seminars and lectures each year. She hosts a number of week long -Cook, Taste and Learn programmes around Ireland.

Other than her passion for playfulness, simplicity and freedom, Tina’s favourite hobbies included walking, yoga, travel adventures, cooking and spending time on her new found passion for sailing.
