The Spectacular Programme of fun food and adventure

Specially devised for girls and boys aged 8-13 years

Learn to cook on a Taste programme and enjoy the fun and educational environment created by the Taste Team because Taste Rocks!

At Taste
Each participant will have the opportunity to cook dishes that they will be able to cook again at home for family and friends. Finger grub, sneaky snack attacks, hearty munches, sweets and treats and stuff picture books are made of.

Every day has a fresh theme and everyone is encouraged to Taste foods and flavours from around the World.

Taste emphasises the importance of eating well. The Taste challenge helps the children to identify areas in their eating patterns that can be modified and enhanced so that their food foundation and body landscape is fantastic. Nutritionist exclusive to Taste guides the participants to make some ﯤ swaps鮠their lifestyle.

They are ﶩng鴠and the feed back from parents is wonderful.

Lifestyle Changes Reported
1. 99% Taste participants drink more water after doing the programme. Choosing it as a preferred drink to fizz and concentrated drinks- at School, During sports and at Homework time.

2. 85% are eating more fruit and vegetables. Why襹 have learnt what they like and understand what it is doing for their bodies i.e. great for skinⲠ/>
3. 90% choose popcorn, nuts and seed bars as snacks over the preferred snack before doing the Taste Programme most common are crisps and jellies.

Your child will be able to cook at the end of the week.

All Taste programmes are fully hands on and the children do everything. Choosing and weighing the ingredients.

All the preparation is done by the children who team up with one other Taster. They will learn how to peel, chop, blend, whisk, mix, cook and taste.

Health, hygiene and safety are areas that are well demonstrated and practiced during the complete course. Your child will be able to cook in your own home and will tidy up after themselves.
